Abstract

It seeks to identify some of the main current challenges of the legal profession by examining the application of Adaptive Leadership to various scenarios of the so-called Regulatory Law, examining the current situation of the practice of law and contrasting the traditional exercise with the contemporary, exposing advantages of such an application and the risks that would prevent it from being exercised in an appropriate manner, seeking to determine the certain possibility that it may be applied both in law firms and in the Public Administration.
