Abstract

This paper analyzes the judgment of the Supreme Court that declared the secrecy or reservation of the minutes of the meetings held between 1989 and 2005 of the National Security Council, through which it partially reversed the criteria of the Council for Transparency and Court of Appeals of Santiago
