New trends of the administrative procedure in Chile and Latin America: Proposals facing a new way to govern and administer the State

Abstract

This article analyzes and confronts the regulation of the administrative procedure in different Latin American countries, especially those that make up the so - called Alliance of the Pacific, regarding the issuance of the new Law 39/2015 of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations of Spain, particularly in light of the treatment that these rules give to the supplementarity, the administrative silence and terms, invalidation and administrative reviews.
