The research analyzes some important aspects of the civil liability for the management of public resources by the Public Administration, from its general features to its specific elements and the particular rules of the judicial process intended to determine it. The study also attempts to clarify the role played by the breach of a duty prescribed by applicable law, regulation or administrative provision, as a fundamental element of such liability.
