Abstract

The article analyze the legal framework established by the law N° 20.529 related with the provisional manager of educative institutions. It places the institution as an educative public service similar to comptrollers established for other public services or highly regulated activities. It explains its legal and regulatory backgrounds to provide a legal analysis.
