Concentrated and diffuse constitutional control: the use of a ruinous dichotomy

Abstract

This paper attempts to explore some ideas about two words that are widely used in constitutional doctrine or dogmatics: the terms "Concentrated" and "Diffuse". To add some excitement to this matter, I have called this pair of terms used to characterize constitutional review a "Ruinous dichotomy."
