Abstract

The majority doctrine attributes to the principle of subsidiarity -contained in article 1, paragraph 3 of the Fundamental Charter- the character of its guiding principle, of the foundation of the norms on economic public order, of inspiration of the Economic Constitution, or as the purpose of the constitutional norm on the entrepreneurial State (19 No. 21 paragraph 2). The most prolific authors on the subject have agreed on this assessment
