Abstract

When speaking of the rule of law, one usually thinks of the rule of law or the régne de la loi, which are their most recent forms. Little is said about the rule of law in the Hispanic world and less is known. It is worth stopping to examine it, first of all because it constitutes another form clearly different from the two mentioned above, both in its effectiveness and in its problems.
