The initial problem
When Law 20,050 was published on August 26, 2005, academic concern began regarding the new tasks entrusted to our Constitutional Court, especially regarding the power now granted to it by Article 93 No. 6, that is, that of know and resolve the Action (or Resource) of Inapplicability.
