Mechanisms of control of constitutionality in Chilean law and its evolution

Abstract

In this paper I intend to address the issue of constitutional controls in national law and the evolution it has undergone to then focus on the latest constitutional reform that gives the Constitutional Court repressive control previously based on the excellent Supreme Court which has led to the Constitutional Court holding today the monopoly of control of the constitutionality of laws.
