Abstract

A few days ago, in the National Congress, an honorable deputy raised the need to discuss a bill that would authorize abortion, and such a possibility was rejected by the generality of parliamentarians. It is striking that no further argumentation was given about an issue that is essential, and, why not say it, vital. I remember that yes, that those who demonstrated against, raised a problem of constitutionality that would force to reform, again, the Constitution.
