Abstract

The competition disputes in the Chilean institutional system have been characterized by constituting secondary concerns in the institutional design of the Constitution. The regulatory evolution since the Charter of 1833 demonstrates the incompleteness of the institutional arrangement, an issue that the constitutional reform of 2005 did nothing but reaffirm. This exhibition explains that evolution.
