Abstract
This paper presents a general overview of the legal and administration rules that applies to the Armed Forced. It sets out the legal framework that regulates military action and administration. It analyzes the key characteristics that differentiate civil and military administrative laws, developing the principles and rules that are specific to the armed forced.
