Abstract

In relation to the process of approval in the National Congress of various international treaties, some constitutional problems of great interest have been raised, in the silence of the Constitution, such as determining what is the procedure to which their processing must be adjusted when they contain rules of constitutional organic law and if, from a logical legal point of view, it is appropriate for the Constitutional Court to exercise control of constitutionality over non self executing consensual norms, that is, not self-executing, among others.
