Abstract

This assertion of the current National Prosecutor prompted us to compile this information in order to show how now the constitutional rights to personal liberty and individual security are not only sufficiently guaranteed by the appeal or constitutional action of Article 21 of the Fundamental Charter, but also, by the appeal or action of article 95 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, being the affected in his specific situation who must choose to exercise one or another constitutional or legal action.
