Abstract

In today's business world, the economic consequences of the actions of private agents far exceed the limits of their own assets, reverberating on a large scale. It then becomes important for Constitutional Law -a matter of public law but that in its regulatory scope exceeds the field of the same to cover the entire Law- to specify the notion of Economic Public Order ("OPE").
