The Director of the Department of Public Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile welcomes the homonymous Conference that, on this occasion, corresponded to said house of studies to organize; the foregoing, referring to relevant matters such as the legislative function, the form of government and the expansion of the system of rights.
