Abstract

After carrying out a study in relation to social rights, the author states that the right to live in a pollution-free environment has the character of such, singled out by its collective nature. Then, conceptualized in this way, he studies it in relation to the principle of equality and specifies the duties that the State would have in order to guarantee it.
