Do the constitutional judge and the constitutional law professor think and act the same?

Abstract

The author exposes the contradictions between the perspective of the constitutional judge and that of the professor of constitutional law, characterized by the emphasis on practice in one and theory in the other. He proposes a formula of balance between both in pursuit of the enrichment of constitutional justice.
