Abstract

On the basis of the comprehensive crisis the world is undergoing, this text refers to the attempt of establishing certain “civilizational goals” or “fundamental ideas” to which the States, organizations and individuals should have before the juggernaut they face. The article, then, puts forward the objectives related to the individuals, co-existence, culture, technology, life and value orientation, presenting an overview aimed at confronting the legal scope against the events that affect us. Finally, the text ends by adding some points that emphasize the complexity of the subject and consider some possible courses of action of legal interest.
