Human rights in the Constitution: past and future
Abstract
Demonstration of human rights development in the chilean constitution and legislation of the nineteenth century: the past, the future: bioconstitutión, scientific and technological research and its application governed by the Constitution in protecting the life, physical integrity and psychic and development of individuals. Specification of some basic constitutional norms on artificial intelligence applied to robotics.
