The principle of inexcusability

Abstract

The principle of inexcusability recognized in the chilean constitution and in the constitutional law of the constitutional court is analyzed in light of recent case law, showing the author the hard top to court rule on the matter submitted to it, but provided they have been legally required business and in your competition. It seeks to demonstrate that the principle is required in certain legal disputes guiding the actions of the courts, to view their credit limits scope and application.
