Constitutionality and control of compliance of human rights in Mexico

Abstract

This article aims to present the state of the question on the control of conventionality in Mexico as well as the impact of the constitutional reform of 2011 in the domestic legal system, which not only extended the concept of human rights and introduced its enhanced protection by all public bodies, but also introduced tensions and challenges in the Constitutional State.
