Abstract

The authoress explores the conveniences of coordination or normative integration between the International Law norm on human rights and those of Internal Law to give the best protection and promotion to the human dignity. Shows why in Chile is possible this reasoning, without stopping alerting respect of the lack of explicit determinations in this field in the Chilean Constitution.
